As we age, the physical manifestations of this process begin to show as early as the late 20s. This happens due to our skin becoming thinner, losing fat, & losing plumpness. Skin firmness begins to decrease of intrinsic factors such as genetics and natural aging but also extrinsic factors like sun exposure, smoking and stress. Face Art treats aging but also subtly restores balance to the features of a younger face.
A combination of both fillers and anti-aging injections, The Face art treatment by world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Khan is custom designed for every patient. This treatment allows you to restore volume in the cheeks, temporal areas around the eyes, lips and chin. This treatment reduces wrinkles and prevents over activity of some of the facial muscles to create a lifting effect. Whether you’re looking to restore youthful features, or simply balance the features of your younger face, subtle enhancements are made using anti-aging injections and fillers, so no one will even know that you’ve had anything done.
We use dermal fillers which are Hyaluronic Acid based. HA is a natural occurring substance already present in the skin, which keeps our skin looking supple and hydrated. Due to the natural aging process, HA reduces in our bodies over time. Currently, there are 3 different types/brands of anti-wrinkle injections on the market: Botox, Dysport & Xeomin. The main difference varies in their formulation; however, all three products are FDA approved and have been used safely and effectively for many years.
This procedure is complimented by a Cryotherapy “cold therapy” session on the face, which reduces inflammation speeds up recovery & further helps with anti aging and rejuvenation on the skin.
The Hyaluronic Acid Facial by Dr Khan combines soft hydrating microinjections of HA, Cryotherapy and usage of HA serum applied topically, binding moisture into the skin, providing hydration inside and outside of your skin for the ultimate glow.
Fillers enhance areas where volume has been lost such as the cheeks or temples. For example, the use of Hyaluronic Acid fillers is used to enhance lips by creating a fuller pout, providing definition to the cupid’s bow and improving shape and lip symmetry
Reduction of Wrinkles & Lines
Fillers can eliminate deeper facial creases marionette line or nasolabial folds & leave patient’s looking refreshed and rejuvenated. Anti Aging injections will leave your skin lifted and reduce frown lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
